No, your ad will be visible for users all over the world.

As a buyer, how do I contact a seller?

Click on the "Message to seller" button in the listing you are interested. Fill the form with your contact information including your e-mail and the message you would like to send to the seller and submit it.

As a seller, how do I post an item?

First click the "Place a listing" button. If you already have an You-Bay account, please login first. If you don't have an account yet and want to have the benefits of this FREE process, please register for an You-Bay account by providing your basic contact information. After registration process is complete you are ready to post. You will start by selecting categories and subcategories that your posting will appear in. You will be asked to provide pricing -optional in some Subcategories- and delivery information together with an item description of any length.

Can I include personal contact information in my postings ?

Yes. You can include personal contact information in your postings, except for the title of the ad.

Can I pay through You-Bay?

No. You-Bay is a marketplace where sellers and customers can get in touch. You-Bay does not take part in the transaction between buyer and seller.

Do I have to pay for registration?

On You-Bay the registration is completely FREE!

Do I have to register to use You-Bay?

Registration is necessary when you want to place an ad. You can browse the site and view ads without registration.

How can I pay?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Payment is done after you have made your listing and extra marketing options.

How do I edit an ad?

If you are a registered user, you can edit your postings through the "My Listings" option. Please go to the item and click the "Edit" button. Once you have made and approved the changes, they will take effect immediately. You can repeat this process any time you like.

How do I find an item at You-Bay?

You can Browse listings when you're not sure what you're looking for, or when you simply want to explore the range of items on You-Bay or in a particular category. Click on Categories and Subcategories and if you find an item you're interested in, just click on the item title. You can also search for items when you are looking for a specific item that you can describe using a few words. In this case, simply go to the search box ("Search on you-bay.com"). Enter a few words describing what you are looking for and click the "Go" button. A search results page of You-Bay listings will be displayed. Review your search results pages and if you see something you're interested in, just click on the item title.

How do I register?

Registration is easy: 1. Click on "Register" and you will be asked to provide your basic contact info; 2. You then immediately registered at You-Bay, and will be logged in automatically

How do I remove my ad?

If you are a registered user and your item sells or you simply decide to remove it, you can end your listing in the "My listings" section and click the " Delete" button.

How do I save an ad to recall it later?

Go to the listing you are interested in and click the "Bookmark this ad" button to keep track of it. Also, if you want to make a search of a specific product you are interested in, go to "Filter listings" section, choose the criteria for your search and click the "Save search" button. You will find every saved search in "My Searches" section at You-Bay.

How do I upload a picture?

During the posting process, you have to click " Browse local files" button to find in your computer pictures that you want to upload. You-Bay picture upload process is easy and you can upload as many pictures you want per each posting. Ideally more than 1MB each. Uploading pictures to You-Bay is FREE! In addition, if you want to add pictures later, you can just send an email to the address listed in the ad registration page.

How long can my ad appear on You-Bay?

Your ad can appear on You-bay as much as you want accordingly to the paid price. The minimum validity is 30 days.

Is it free to register on You-Bay?

Yes, registering is 100% free, and there are no obligations by doing so.

You-Bay is the world's online marketplace for local and global buying and selling, exchanging and communicating to other users.

What size of images should I use

To get the best quality you should use images larger than 460 pixels wide. The file size should be less than 1MB. If you upload images smaller than 460 pixels, we will rescale them. This will give the image less quality, depending on the scale ratio.

Which are the benefits of registration?

Once you have registered, you can manage your listings and personal information even easier through the "My Profile" section of the site.
